Today, our store partners are located primarily in Italy, in the most reputable cities, in the cradle of fashion. With the collaboration from best Streetwear stores available we guarantee our consumers the widest and most complete possible offer of products of this unique market, in order to satisfy every kind of streetwear fan, from the sneaker-head to the lovers of niche brands. We are Exisse S.r.l., owners and managers of the website you are on. Exisse is a company registered in Italy (S.r.l.) with registered office in Rome, Via Cristoforo Colombo 177, 00147. The VAT number is IT 16228601007. We provide the Services through the Website.
Exisse acts as an intermediary in the sale of products offered by our store partners. Each partner of Exisse guarantees its own offers and products. The availability of all items is sole responsibility of our partners. Exisse provides users with a platform to search and purchase products from the best Streetwear stores. However, the sales contract is concluded between the customer and the consumer. This means that the legal responsibility for the sale of products lies with the Partner and not with us, so the contract you are entering into with Exisse is for product delivery services on behalf of the Partner. For this service, we may charge a fee applied directly at checkout prior to purchase confirmation. Once the product(s) have been delivered or picked up at the Partner's location, the contract shall be deemed concluded. For failure to perform the services listed above, Exisse shall be liable if the loss or damage incurred is due to our negligence or breach of this Policy. Liability shall not apply if the loss or damage is not foreseeable or is a clear consequence of a breach on our part or if it was foreseen by us and you at the time of your use of the Services.
PRICE POLICY
Exisse offers its community the best and most sought after Streetwear products around. Each partner sets their own product prices, so pricing may be subject to change based on where you order and over time. If a product is added to a wishlist, it too may vary in price based on partner availability. Our vendor selection systems are designed to always offer you the product at the lowest price from the vendor closest to you at the time of purchase. To ensure that the items we offer you have the best price, please select your shipping location.
Due to the complete offer of the various stores, it is possible to find within the Marketplace the same products with different prices depending on the seller.
PAYMENTS & PAYMENT METHODS
Exisse accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal payment methods.Payment can only be made by the above methods, and payment of the full amount of the order will be acquired immediately. The total amount to be paid is the same regardless of the payment method. The total amount will be charged when the partner(s) has accepted the order. All payments are secure and are handled by Stripe or PayPal. Our Customer Service team is at your disposal for any questions or concerns you may have.
Due to the complete offer of the various stores, it is possible to find within the Marketplace the same products with different prices depending on the seller.
At Exisse, the protection of your data is a priority. In fact, we keep your data private and will only share it with your consent or if required by law.
ORDERS, ORDER CANCELLATION AND INVOICES
How to search and buy products
Exisse uses a whole new approach to sell its partners' products: we create a personal page for them through which they can discover the beauty of their store and search through their offers. Thanks to this new approach, products can be searched in more ways than one. You can discover new collections, store previews and the best product categories directly from the home page; you can browse categories directly from the main menu or search for specific products through the Search-bar.
How to complete an order
Once you have found the products you wish to purchase, simply select the size (if you do not know what size is right for you, you can find the size guide on each product page or contact our customer care) and quantity. Click the Add to Cart button and repeat the procedure for each item you want to buy. Once finished, you will find all the products you have selected directly in the "Shopping Cart" page, accessible through the icon at the top right.
To complete your purchase just click on the Checkout button. You can create a personal account on Exisse or purchase in guest mode. We recommend that you create an account and leave a check mark to subscribe to the newsletter to become part of the Exisse community and receive special offers, early access and many other benefits. Even if you purchase more than one product, the checkout is done once, you only have to add the payment information and the type of card used.
Completed the order you will receive a confirmation email and the order will be forwarded to the Partner(s) of reference, containing a description of the products purchased and information regarding the right of withdrawal. The contract is considered concluded at the moment of acceptance by the Partner(s). All orders are subject to availability and price control, and for this reason, we may cancel the order (or any part of it) if such product is unavailable or available at a different price. As soon as the Partner has shipped the package, we will send you the Tracking Number to follow updates on the status of the shipment.
We reserve the right not to send your order to the Partner and the Partner reserves the right not to accept your order if, for example, the product you ordered is out of stock, withdrawn from the market or otherwise unavailable or if we cannot obtain authorization for your payment or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

As Exisse is a Marketplace whose products are sold from physical stores, our confirmation of order acceptance via email or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event that there are items in your order that are not available, you will be contacted and offered an alternative or a full refund. If your order includes products sold by more than one partner, and one of them refuses the sale of its competence, you will be contacted by the customer service to know whether or not to proceed with the remainder of the order. In case you do not want to, you will be refunded the full amount immediately.
For any need or doubt our customer service will be at your disposal.
It is possible that when you order several products in the same order, they are sold by different store partners. In this case, each store partner involved in the sale could accept the part of the order of its competence with different timing than the others. So if you receive a notification of partial acceptance of your order, don't worry, the remaining products may just take longer. If only part of your order is accepted by the partners, payment will be taken for the entire order, then a full refund will be made for the unavailable merchandise upon shipment.
Exisse is attentive to all the dynamics regarding pollution and sustainability. The invoice has been removed from the packages: to request an invoice for your order please contact customer service and we will immediately send you an electronic one

We make every effort to provide product pages with the most accurate description of the products. However, since the descriptions are based on information provided to us by our Partners (who take full responsibility), we cannot guarantee that all details are always accurate, complete or error-free. Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. The product images shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and although we try to provide accurate color reproduction, we cannot guarantee that the reproduction of the images on your computer will reflect the actual color of the products. Any questions regarding image rights should be submitted directly to the Partners. Products sold by Partners are provided for home and private use only. You agree not to use the products for commercial purposes or resale.
In order for all of our customers to purchase their favorite items, it is not possible to pre-order or reserve a product.
Exisse's core value is trust. Our goal is to be the marketplace that members of the Street community can rely on to purchase clothing, sneakers and accessories. The items sold by Exisse come from the best Streetwear stores in the world, and each of them is selected for the uniqueness, quality and authenticity of their products. Yes, our items are 100% authentic and guaranteed by our Partners. However, Exisse does not allow Partners to sell defective products or products of different quality than those indicated on the website. In the event that an item does not match what is offered by the Partner and is defective or of inferior quality, please send the item back and we will immediately proceed with a free return. As soon as we receive the item, the Partner will issue a refund. We will reimburse you for all relevant shipping costs and any reasonable costs incurred for the return of the products (you will be notified whether the products will be picked up from your address or whether it is up to you to arrange shipping).
Exisse tries to give you the best suggestions and guidance for an accurate selection of your size. However, since our product portfolio is extremely wide and varied, the fit of products, collections or brands may vary from product to product. We advise you to check the size guides of the desired products, where available. You can also find videos and photos about the fit of certain products both on the site and on our social profiles (Instagram, TikTok, etc. ...)
SHIPPING, TAX AND CUSTOM CHARGES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUND
Exisse ships Partner's parcels in partnership with many currieres: GLS, SDA, DHL and UPS. At the moment Exisse makes only shipments in Italy, we are working to activate the international ones. Delivery costs are not included in the price and, therefore, an additional charge will be made. Delivery costs (which include the VAT charged by us) may vary depending on the products ordered and the location of delivery. The shipping costs of the order are clearly and prominently displayed before the complete checkout, also shown in the order summary. Depending on the delivery location, different tax rules and additional charges may be imposed. In case you purchase a product from a partner outside your territory, import duties may apply. These will be shown during checkout. If they are not included, neither we nor the Partner have any control over these charges and we have no authority to advise you on their amount. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office for more information and an "estimated landed cost". Purchases are shipped directly from the partners, so please contact us if you experience a problem with your order by contacting customer service. Our goal is to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. For orders with products shipped by different partners, the items will be delivered separately. For any delays due to the preparation of packages by partners, customs clearance or unsuccessful payment, Exisse is not responsible. Exisse makes shipments from multiple stores available to you at the cost of a single shipment: this means you can buy multiple items from different locations by paying a single shipping charge.
Delivery time:
Delivery times take from 2-7 working days depending on the place of delivery, but are still based on approximations, as shipments are handled by third parties, therefore potentially susceptible to advances or delays. Exisse is committed to minimize these times and facilitate the delivery of products.
The estimated delivery date is indicated directly by the currier in the email confirmation of shipment. If we do not give you a date, we will do our best to deliver your order to you within the time indicated, although, in some circumstances, delivery may be subject to delay due to events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will arrange delivery of the products as quickly as possible, but we will not be liable for any losses arising from such delays.
Shipping status:
Once the partner(s) have accepted the order, you will receive an email containing all the details of the shipment and the Tracking Number through which to check the status of the delivery. Once approved, the order will be sent within 2 working days. If by chance you have not received the shipping confirmation email within 5 days, please contact customer service. In the email you will find the delivery information with the estimated time.
If you have ordered products from different partners, you will receive an email with the shipping details (Tracking Number) for each partner involved in the order.

If you want to cancel the order or a part of it, if they have not already prepared the shipment, some of the Exisse partners allow you to cancel the order. Don't worry, in case it's not possible you can always ask for a return, it's free. In case you want to proceed, contact customer service and we will cancel. Please note: refund may take 2-7 business days.
Returns can be requested within 14 days of product delivery. To request a return please contact customer service.
Exisse puts the satisfaction of its community first: we fully refund the price paid for the product (excluding shipping costs), along with free pickup of returns. To prevent the right of return from expiring, we recommend that you request the return within 7 days of delivery of your order.
For a return to be accepted it must pass the Quality Check, which sets the following standards (Returns Policy):
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and most importantly unused. Labels must all be attached, packaging must be the same and must not be damaged.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original packaging and protective bags (if provided) and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. If this is not possible, you can use a box of equal size so that the items can arrive to our Partner in perfect condition.
- Socks, underwear and swimwear must be returned with protective hygienic labels and, where applicable, in unopened packaging, and must be tried on over your own undergarment. We do not accept any returns of items that have been worn or show signs of use.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, including the packaging and paperwork provided.
What procedure should I follow to request a return?
- Contact customer service to request the return of one or more products
- Once customer service has verified eligibility to request a return, it will request the courier to pick up the package at your location.
- Prepare the package as indicated above, and attach the Return Letter sent by Exisse (the same Return Letter will be sent from the currier too) outside of the package
- Once the courier arrives, deliver the package to the shipper .
Can I request multiple returns at the same time?
Our courier can take several packages at the same time. If your orders were placed through different partners, you will need to request separate pickups for each package through your account or at this LINK if you purchased in Guest mode.
The prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of VAT unless the user has selected a different country where VAT is not chargeable. Customers making purchases from a country outside the EEC will only be charged the cost of the items purchased (excluding VAT) and shipping costs.Please note that orders shipped outside of the European Community are shipped as non-cleared returns, and may be subject to tax and customs charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine landed costs before completing your purchase.Please note that some shipments may be delayed due to the customs clearance process, which is beyond our control.If the shipment is not delivered correctly to the Customer's address due to the Customer's lack of cooperation, in accordance with the commercial agreement with Exisse S.r.l., the shipment may be sent back to Italy at the Customer's expense, including any import charges required at customs. These amounts will be deducted from any refund.Pursuant to tax regulations, it is forbidden to declare a lower value or mark items as gifts.Exisse S.r.l. does not provide invoices with declaration of preferential origin.
Exchanges are accepted and can be requested in the same manner as returns. They follow the same process as returns, but consumers are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange.
Refunds occur within 10 days of partner's confirmation of passing Quality Check. Refund times may vary depending on the payment provider. Through your account and the tracking number of the return you can check the progress of your return shipment. When the partner has accepted your return we will send you a refund confirmation email.
Are freight and duties refundable?
Exisse offers free returns for its customers, but the cost of shipping your order is not included. Duties and shipping taxes that orders may be subject to are non-refundable. You may be able to obtain a refund by contacting your local customs office directly.
